Are you an experienced, proactive, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator with a Cert III or Diploma in Children’s Services?

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our dedicated team permanently full-time (38 hours per week), Monday to Friday! Part-time hours are also available.

About Us: We are a beautiful, privately owned service featuring two expansive playgrounds encompassing our Discovery and Inquiry programs, which are designed to inspire and engage children’s imaginations. As well as a smaller inviting area for our Little Explorers.

Your Role: As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing developmentally appropriate programs tailored to individual children’s strengths and interests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to children’s needs by providing a diverse, stimulating, and inclusive program.
• Engaging children in meaningful learning opportunities that foster their growth and development.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with families and collaborating with fellow educators based on respect, trust, and honesty.
• Assessing individual children’s abilities and group dynamics to enhance daily experiences.
• Documenting children’s development, learning, and thinking in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Cert III or Diploma qualification in Children’s Services.
• Experience in early childhood education and a genuine passion for working with young children.
• Strong communication skills and building rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
• A proactive approach to creating engaging and developmental programs.
