My son has been going to Footprints for last 6 months since he was 18 months and he enjoys going there. My son was very clingy to me and I felt very anxious sending him to Childcare, but the educators made me and my son feel very comfortable and I am very happy the way they take care of him. Now it is like second home for him and he looks forward to going to Footprints. The educators are very kind, polite and friendly. The Footprints Complex have so much educational activities for little ones. It’s one of the best places for kids to start their childcare.

Our now 3 and 1/2 year old has been attending Footprints since she was 5 months old. The whole centre is a professional and caring environment. Leaving your child in someone else's care can be a very daunting thing to do but the staff have always gone above and beyond for us and for Charlotte. They have always made sure we feel completely comfortable when leaving her there and they have always been incredibly accommodating when taking on any of our personal requests throughout Charlottes development. These guys have played an integral role in helping raise Charlotte and we love them for that.

My daughter has been attending Footprints for over 4 years now. She started as a baby, and now my daughter "asks" to go to Footprints to see her friends. She has made some lifelong friendships and gained valuable life skills. We are just about to start the process from the beginning again with our son.

Having moved childcare centres a few times before finding Footprints I could not be happier with the decision for my daughter to stay. My daughter has some complex medical needs which were and have been appropriately and caringly dealt with. She has made strong bonds with other children as well as staff members who now seem like family. The activities that Footprints engage children in are far more than I could at home (and far messier which is fantastic). My daughter wakes up asking to go to Footprints and I could not think of better feedback than that.

Since our son started day care at Footprints we have been so happy with the care provided. The staff are friendly, professional and have welcomed our family warmly to Footprints. I love the variety of activities which he is offered to participate in and appreciate the extra effort the educators put in to special occasions like Christmas, Book Week and Fathers Day. It’s a great thing to know he is being well cared for and having fun learning while we are at work.

I can't recommend Footprints enough, I've had my step children attend when they were little and now teenagers; and both my boys go through Footprints since they were babies starting in the little explorer room right through to the Inquiry room. The centre is outstanding very clean, lots of activities for the children and the playground is 5 stars. Steph and educators are very trustworthy & accommodating. And to have staff there for years says a lot. Such an amazing centre. Thank you for taking the best care of my boys.

Over the past 3 years I have been leaving my daughter at Footprints with the knowledge that she is truly cared for. I know when I drop her off each day, she is happy to go and enjoys playing with all her friends. Footprints has caring at the heart of its culture, and that care has not stop with my child, but has extended to all members of my family. The staff are so supportive and actively listen to what you have to say.
