It’s been over 25 years since Footprints Educational Complex first opened our doors to the beautiful Burnie community. Throughout that time, we’ve been honoured to watch thousands of young sparks step out into the world, ready to burn brightly.

While the location of our Burnie childcare centre remains the same, we recently decided to freshen things up on our website – and we’d love to tell you what it’s all about.

The Footprints Educational Complex mission

As you may have spied on our homepage, our philosophy is that children learn through play – and that collaboration between parents and teachers is the best way to ignite each child’s individual spark.

Our mission is to build bright futures by fostering community between our staff, parents, children and local businesses; connection with nature, ourselves and each other; and confidence – both for parents and within our children. Those key aspects have inspired the design and development of our new digital home.

Introducing: Our new logo

Centred around the loving steps we guide our little ones to take, our new logo is designed to be engaging, fun and intellectual – just like our early learning programs.

If you’re the visual type, you may spot a few other fresh designs on our website. These have been designed to represent how Footprints Educational Complex celebrates the classroom as a space to nurture your child’s physical, intellectual and emotional wellbeing.
